    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • The referral rewards payout for both will be processed within 45 working days after the referred customer registers his/her agreement for sale.
    • For every successful referral, you will be intimated via WhatsApp & email.
    • If found not a Gowtham Tenets or Owner, you would be disqualified.
    • In case of any conflict by either party, the decision of Gowtham Housing Pvt Ltd will be final.
    • It is open only to Gowtham Housing Tenants, owners, and bank employees.
    • The Referral program does not apply to any Gowtham Associates & employees.
    • Gowtham Housing Pvt Ltd reserves the right to include, modify, and/or remove projects in the referral program and the program itself without prior notice.
