In addition v also have a community hall and a lawn to conduct any functions which almost every family is using. The colorful plants and flowers around the building give a treat to your eyes when seen. A healthy association is built with the help of builder and president of apartment which helps us immediately when needed. An electrician and a plumber is always associated with the apartment in case of any emergency. Two big lifts are at service 24*7. We bought the flat around 15 years ago. The apartment builder Mr. Elango ensured that the process was smooth and was helpful throughout the entire process. Appreciate that they always have been patient and responsive. It is a good apartment complex with a bit of greenery and open space. The location is perfect as it is calm and peaceful. It is well connected to the main road, accessible to all amenities around and has transport options. It is well maintained. As a family friend , we thank them for building the flat and wish both Mr. Elango and Mr. Gugan success in all their future endeavors!
